You can hire some bowls, or bring your own. Just ask at the Bar.

HISTORY
The Waggon & Horses Bowling Club is probably the oldest bowling club in the area with evidence of its existence prior to
the 1940s.
Once there were a number of bowling greens in Hawkshaw village but The Waggon & Horses is the only one to survive.
MEMBERSHIP
New playing and social members are very welcome. Team members pay a £20 annual subscription and social members £10 p.a. The club run a team in the Ramsbottom Bowling League and have ambitions to enter two teams subject to the recruitment of new playing members.
